Q.
Who Are We?
A.

Cash For Gold is owned and operated by its founder and MD Walter Crawford from its head office in Glasgow. With almost 20 years in the industry, he is happy to say that his team offers the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always happy to offer advice and assistance whether over the phone or at our premises.

Q.
What Do We Buy?
A.

At Cash For Gold we have been buying scrap precious metals for many years and have built a strong reputation for transparent and fair transactions. (Please have a look at our Youtube links) Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium. Provided that your items contain one of these precious metals we will make an offer to buy them from you. Most of the items that we buy are recycled back into pure form and go back into the supply chain to be used in manufacturing new jewellery, bullion products or for industrial applications. We also buy precious or semi-precious stones, (Diamond’s, Ruby’s, Emeralds, Aquamarines etc.) Every item that we receive is individually tested and therefore it is not practical for us to process very small items. Individual small chain links, clasps, short sections of fine chains and similar items weighing less than 0.5 grams will not be processed.
